Bolade Onilari
Pharmacist and Community Health Advocate
Bolade Onilari is a pharmacist with experience in community pharmacy management and leadership. He is Superintendent Pharmacist at Avon Pharmacy in Stratford upon Avon and became a pharmacy co-owner in 2026.
He holds an MPharm and uses the professional designation MRPharmS. Alongside his pharmacy work, his public writing explores leadership, team culture and the influence of a manager’s behaviour on the people they lead. He is also associated with Sickle Cell Mentorship.
Bolade has spoken openly about his Christian faith, crediting God with helping him rebuild his career after setbacks and inviting others to learn about Jesus. He also delivers Bible teaching at Living Rock Church in Leamington Spa. His message Light of the World draws on Matthew 5:14–16 to encourage Christians to share their faith and testimony. His experience offers young adults a perspective on professional responsibility, resilience and expressing faith in everyday life.
