Taking part
Two ways to join the journey
Selected for potential, not first come, first served. Commitment creates opportunity: participants attend sessions on time, take part actively and complete their tasks.
Core cohort
The full programme: monthly webinars, a one-to-one mentor session each month, selected reading and a 30-day action every month.
Learning cohort
Group learning and resources for those who are not selected for a Core place, with the chance to move into the Core cohort as places open.
What you can expect
Intended outcomes
Clearer purpose, stronger character, employability, enterprise, leadership confidence, professional exposure and systems thinking. Generation Next does not promise employment, funding, business success or a place in the cohort.
