Mentors take part in orientation, agree session arrangements in advance, prepare for conversations, keep professional boundaries and maintain confidentiality.
The role
What mentoring involves
- One structured one-to-one conversation with your mentee each month.
- Encouragement, honest feedback and constructive challenge.
- Support with the monthly theme, reading and 30-day action.
- Orientation before you begin, and clear boundaries throughout.
We ask only for the information we need to consider your interest. We do not ask for identity documents or referees at this stage.
